Trek fx 2 gen 4 tire psi question

I am trying to determine what psi to fill my tires to. The tire has a huge psi range of 60-95. I mostly ride on pavement and sidewalks… I may try some light dirt trails in the future but I use it mostly as a road bike. Im not sure what psi the tires are at currently since they came filled from the bike shop. I am around 165lb if thats relevant. Let me know what psi would be best. Thanks
