Having just come back from my Romania bike trip, I wanted to share some images as it is off the beaten track, quite unspoiled and a crossroads of culture, which is easily felt in its architecture and culinary influences, which are a mingling of cultures. There was plenty of rustic, farm-fresh cuisine, as well as modern efforts by ambitious young chefs.
