Join me for a day of living in Brighton & Hove as I switch up my morning routine exercise from power walking to cycling! I set off early and cycled along the beautiful bike path from Hove to Sea Lane in Brighton and back. The sunrise was absolutely stunning and, thankfully, it wasn’t too cold.
