In this episode I talk to Delton D’Souza. Delton is a runner turned bike packer and ultra cycling racer. He was at Tour of Nilgiris 2024 and I sat down to chat with him about his cycling journey during the rest day. Before coming to TFN he finished a bike packing trip and an Ultra race in the Himalayas and Deccan Cliffhanger just a few weeks prior. It was interesting to talk to him about his bike packing trips in India and all around the world along with his experience at TFN. I think he is just getting warmed up in the Ultra racing space and is going to do much more in the coming years. I had super fun chatting with him. I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

Who is a working athlete? Someone working fulltime/part-time, entrepreneur or anyone who has to work to make ends meet and doesn’t let being busy to stop him/her from pursuing an active lifestyle is a working athlete. I consider stay at home moms/dads who pursue a sport, as working athletes because homemaking is a full-time job.
