  1. I dont think UAE will mess up cepressa twice in a row. My guess: pidcock, pog and cort escaping with probably pog taking the sprint.

  2. I’d really appreciate a yearly “Intro to Women’s Racing (for those who already watch the men)” show where you help make women’s racing accessible by sort of telling the story of who the ‚main characters’ are (maybe by comparing them to the men stars when appropriate) & explain how the calendar and just general race dynamics are different.

I‘mma be honest – I‘m still one of those people who skip the Women‘s race recaps but I mean what’s the point when you don‘t know jacksh*t about the riders.

  3. I don't understand why the women's race is so much shorter than the mens, particularly given that the longer the distances get, the smaller the relative endurance of men vs women. Though i suppose a 7 hour womens race would be a bit much to stomach and is stretching daylight hours as well.

  4. I don't think the Poggio (and Cipressa) are hard enough for Pogi and Demi to make the difference. I expect a strong sprinter (Philipsen, Pedersen or Bling) for the men's race and a solo effort for the women's. Maybe someone like Dygert, although fast descends (especially in Italy) are maybe not her favorite thing.

  5. I expect Puck to ride the last 20km without a team mate in sight. That she continues to finish in the top dozen at the majority of her races is amazing.

  6. Pogacar will win. He has his sights firmly set on being the first rider of the modern era to win all 5 monuments, and when he sets his sights, he does not miss. MSR and then Roubaix.

  7. To me Tom Pidcock is the best descender in the peloton. I wonder if he could do a Mohorič kinda thing. I doubt it though. My Danish heart wanna pick Mads P, but I view Poggi and MvdP as the favorites. With Mads P, Jonathan Milan (he is pretty much as strong as Mads on the easier climbs and he's a faster sprinter) and Pidcock as the second favorites.

  8. As off Wednesday fresh and immensely oily tarmac is laid in the descent down the Poiggio and on the finishing straight on Via Roma. And the weather forecast looks wet!

  9. Would Love to see Tadej win this race but just dont see how , he woule have to get over the Top of the last Hill ( The Cipressa )
and come down with a significant amount of time ahead of Van der Poel , Phillipsen , Milano , and other Sprinters . If the last one was a Mountain then I would say he has a very good chance but it is Not a mountain , it is a Hill , and several guys like Van der Poel , Pidcock , and others can handle the Hills no problem along with several Sprinters so if Tadej only goes over the top with 10 or 15 seconds ahead of the Fast sprinters , it will Not be enough to get down the Hill and sprint whatever amount of Flat kilometers are left to the finish line to win .

  10. Conor is just the greatest guy. His humble attitude and approach in almost every video occationally makes you forget the fact that he has done some of the most prestigeous races in the world. Hearing about the sections of the course, and in the passing getting to hear what it's actually like being in the bunch on those sections is just incredible. Such an asset to this channel. Mad respect.

  11. Just want to see Laurence Pithie be in the bunch at the end end sprint and if not at the front plant the seed to be in for the win in 2026. Si, Christchurch, NZ.
