He should take the left lane for second exit
For 3rd exit should take right lane and let the signal on and after second exit should check the mirror and turn on left signal

Right lane goes to 3rd exit where as left lane goes to left and straight ahead, so he entered in right lane and crossed over to left lane, lane discipline is the serious fault
