6 year old Mongoose Malus with about 12,000 miles on it. Been through a few rear bearings, and this time decided it was time to upgrade:

8 speed Shimano derailleur and shifter
50 tooth chainring
Shimano MT200 brakes
Previously upgraded to a sealed BB.
Ready for another 12,000 miles.
