Our final day of biking—what an incredible journey it’s been! Day 12 took us from Béziers to Sète, cycling along the Canal du Midi for one last time. This stretch was an easier ride with smooth paths, giving us a chance to take in the beautiful sights along the way. We passed through Agde, crossed historic locks and bridges, and enjoyed views of the Estagnol marshes and the quiet port of Cassagières.
Reaching the Onglous lighthouse was a huge moment—it’s where the Canal du Midi finally meets the Mediterranean Sea! After nearly two weeks of riding, seeing the open water was a surreal and rewarding experience. But the adventure wasn’t quite over yet. A beautiful coastal cycle path led us along the sea, giving us one last breathtaking ride into Sète, our final destination.
