**About Lydia**
My name is Lydia and I’m from Cornwall, UK. I spent a huge chunk of my early life struggling with depression, anxiety and poor mental health. I even had a stint where I was agoraphobic and too scared to leave the house.
Now that these things no longer hold me back, I intend to make up for lost time.
I wholeheartedly believe in making the most of life, living bravely and doing what makes you happy. A big part of that for me is seeking out adventure, pushing myself outside of my comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same.
Join me as I document some of my adventures and the things I learn along the way.
