So basically a mechanic took a part this bike for packing it and shipping it. Happens that im trying to put the seat post and im not sure if im missing something or im just plain dumb. How should i be able to tighten the seat to the seatpost here?

First that’s a SL.
And unfortunately you might have to grind down a 5 mm to get it in that hole. We had to take a grinder to get some 5 mils to slide in through that slot.
Some 5 mm will work.
You insert the seat post get it to where it needs to be and then tighten it down with a torque wrench.
I hope you have a torque wrench.
