In June 2024, Jim J. came to Bulgaria to ride a bicycle on a journey from Balkan Mountain to Danube River and finally coasting along the Black Sea. He was guided through the recently dated Europe’s oldest salt town at Provadiya, the Cyrillic Alphabet’s cradle at Preslav Monastery, amidst the border islands on the Danube, entering Romania for a while and reaching the Kaliakra and Emine headlands on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
