🚴‍♀‍ If you are doing this indoor cycling workout on a stationary bike or exercise bike and cannot go into the standing positions (2nd and 3rd) and would like an added challenge during these, TRY THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance here but try and keep the same cadence.

  1. I used to attend weekly spinning classes – then life happened, then the whole world ended, and now I'm climbing back on the bike, both metaphorically and literally.

This class was great; I plan to stick with it. Thank you for your care and enthusiasm!

  2. Been using your workouts all week Monday, Tuesday, Thursday Friday and Saturday and you are the best person to follow!!! Very overweight so hoping this will help me get some exercise whilst my kids are in bed! Thank you!

  3. Second time back on the bike in a few months trying to get back into it. I really enjoyed this so much and appreciate the effort you put in to put this out for those like me. You are amazing! Thank you. ❤

  4. I remember doing this ride in May 2023 when I first got my bike and thinking how difficult it was… now I’m doing it for an active recovery ride. ☺️

  5. RPM question! Im trying to keep up with the speed of your legs but my RPM meter reads out something about 20 digits higher than the range you tell us to shoot for. What should I follow? Thank you for the super fun class!

  6. Hello! I am a beginner working on a keiser spinning bike, I am a bit confused because the gears go as far as 88. And when we go to a « seven » I can’t get up on my bike because there is a lack of resistance. Can you tell me how it is that you can ride and sit without changing gear? When seated it’s always ok but when I get up I really lack resistance and have to push the gear up every time and down when I sit.

Also; when you refer to 70: is it RPMS or Watts?

  7. I am excited about learning more about indoor cycling. I am on my outdoor bike that is on a bike trainer. I’m actually looking for a 10 minute video from beginning to end that I can do after each meal to help lower my blood sugar and I am a beginner and senior at age 60. Thanks so much!

  8. Okay date two on the cycling feeling more confident in my work abilities to just a cycle I actually did the Sprint and I did actually do the climbing and it feels really good just to be like having a good tutor on cycling

  9. In the last couple months, I’ve heard so many stories about aging and staying active, and also noticed I’ve started to gain some weight. I used to enjoy cycling every day for transportation, and stayed super fit doing it, but I know I won’t go out biking in January in Milwaukee, so I bought a spin bike off Marketplace, and have started with your videos. The first one I only made it 6 minutes, so then I searched for beginner and I made it through the whole video! I have to work up to the standing bits still, but I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with this journey. Your time and attitude is very much appreciated 🫶

  10. So just today day 3 on the exercise bike I'm more excited to continue with my strength training for the next week and then come back into exercise bike they call it cycling lolz

  11. I just got my first bike. I started out with 15 minutes per day for the first week. Now I’m bumping up to 20 minutes workout. The only issue I am battling is the seat is uncomfortable on crotch area. I might need sone padding.

  12. Thank you my first spin class in a long time and just got my own spin bike whoo hoo. Gonna keep on doing this one until it gets easier, and I'm relatively fit work out a couple of times per week, but I found that hard xxx
