I'm looking at attaching a shopping basket to my rear bicycle rack (Topeak baby seat rack) which can easily be installed/removed. Would using simple tie down straps, such as the ones pictured, be sufficient to carry a few grocery items or should I also add some bungee cords for additional stability.
