Ukrainian Women’s Relay Team Finished Fourth in 2025 Summer Olympics #sports #sportsnews

The Ukrainian women’s national team finished its performance at the Junior World Biathlon Championships in fourth place in the relay.
At this stage of the competition, our team was represented by Tetyana Tarasyuk, Oleksandra Merkushyna, Ksenia Prykhodko and Olena Gorodna.
Tarasyuk used three additional cartridges and passed her baton in fourth place. Oleksandra Merkushyna was able to raise Ukraine’s intermediate result by one step despite four errors on the firing lines.
Ksenia Prykhodko used five additional cartridges and fell on the second lap. However, despite the problems, the biathlete passed the baton in fourth place. Olena Gorodna earned two penalty laps on the rack and was unable to bring the Ukrainian national team a medal.
