It was my first day in Riga the capital of Latvia. I had arrived from Vilnius Lithuania.
After exploring the pretty old town and cool hipster neighbourhoods I rented and electric scooter and rode along the massive River Daugava.
It was a scenic ride with lovely parks, grand old buildings and interesting art sculptures.
