I have been looking to upgrade from a cheap hybrid bike to a road bike with comfortable upright riding position and allowance for wider as I’ll be mostly riding on bad roads and sometimes offroads trails. Comfort and touring capability is the main objective.
An entry level gravel bike is the answer considering the bad road condition in India and a budget of around 700$, these two bikes fit into my requirements.
I’m more inclined towards the triban but I’m not able to compare the Microshift XLE 1×10 groupset with the Shimano Claris 2×8. Any insights in that regards would help.
Which one of these would you recommend considering overall specs and your experience of the bikes ??
