Technically NBD was a couple days ago, but tonight was the first chance I had to get out and give it a decent pedal. After a couple months of me looking at every fat bike on the planet, my wife finally got tired of hearing about it and she ordered me a Moose FB2. Growing up on downhill/freeride bikes I have absolutely nothing to compare it to, but my first time being on a bike that’s designed to sit on and put in some miles I couldn’t be happier with it! The gearing seems perfect and with that massive low gear I feel like I could ride up a wall. Dropper posts weren’t a thing when I was mountain biking but I can definitely see how that will be a welcomed addition. To me the bike feels much lighter than I thought it would and I just can’t wait to keep pedaling!! Looking forward to putting some trail miles down in the snow, but I’m so excited to run the tires off it year round!
