Starter bike, thoughts?

Follow up to my previous post. This 4300 is $165 on local marketplace but I bet I could haggle. Is it worth it? I know nothing about bikes.

Just going to be doing some paved trail riding and light road riding. Nothing too crazy.

I am indeed the size of a child (5ft) so it’s the right frame size.
