This Trek 4300 is $80 on marketplace from a guy who refurbs bikes. I did search the forum and it seems like a solid frame. I know nothing about bikes. Wondering a few things:
- how old is it?
- does it look like it’s been refurbished well?
- is it worth $80?
I’m coming back to riding after a long hiatus, haven’t ridden since college but I recently got into spin bike and wanna get back to it. Planning on doing a little road biking (errands, not commuting) and riding in parks (paved trails). Does this seem like it suits my purposes?

Rim brakes, old coil fork, damage to cranks and derailleur, I’d say it’s 40 dollars overpriced IMO
Most importantly are you about the size of a middle school kid? This is probably an xs frame if its not a kids bike probably the smallest 26” frame the size below this was probably 24”
