  1. English lesson for Ollie: Don't misuse the reflexive pronoun "myself" – it's "Manon and I" as a subject and "Manon and me" as an object. Didn't they teach grammar at your school? Oh, and why so many intrusive ads – it makes the show a really hard to watch.

  2. In the 80's When I first started following road racing most of the. bikes had the same tube sets and tube diameter despite the the frame builder. Components may have differed from team to team but it's the closest to all the teams riding the same bike.

  3. Lets be honest we all love cycling videos this is just what I need to get it going the blood I love it. I always watch these before I go out and get my body moving. I love when I always watch one of these, and then put up my heavy playlist I love like Delta Parole and then I just go haaaaard!!!! Tactic hasnt let me down yet.

  4. "the most optimized setup, vs the least optimized setup"
:seems like a good way to sum up both ends of the spectrum; 20w doesn't sound like much.

  5. Dang! Manon and Ollie are getting harsh on these bike vault submissions! In the case of the bike on the yellow lines in the road, that rider was enjoying their roll and stopped for a pic in the moment! That has to have its own value, right?
