If you read the Facebook posts (I recommend you don’t, for your sanity) about the Kepax bridge then you’ll be bombarded with people (usually motorist or non cyclists) who say it was a huge waste of money building another river Severn crossing because ” no one uses it” or “Ive not seen one cyclist on it” and that the money should have been spent on roads 🤷♂️
Well you can see how busy it was on one short visit.
However, they are right when they say it doesn’t connect to the Severn way path….this is because the river has destroyed it. It’ll take aot if ££ to fix this. Money the council has probably had to spend on roads 🤦
