Experience with mango bikes?

I'm pretty new to biking in general and have only owned hybrid bikes before.

I'm looking for a bike to use as a commuter around the city and also to get some experience bike-packing/gravel riding while I save up for a good gravel or touring bike. I've come across this on market place but there isn't a huge amount of information about it on the posting or online. This is the bike:

Do you think this is a good price and option, or is there any questions I can ask that would help me make a more informed decision?
