Unasked, and perhaps unwanted advice: I really like how you show the speed of the riding in the video, are you using ND filters? Otherwise I would recommend those. They will make your life easier. As far as speed perception goes, for me as a viewer, it is weird that I am not hearing the tires crushing the gravel and ground as much as I should at those speeds, perhaps it‘s dampened or something. Visual representation of speed and audio don’t match currently. Don‘t know what might cause that but just some feedback!
