  1. Training for my first half marathon in March. Training with Hoka Clifton 8s. Looking for another pair to rotate but also use on actual marathon day. Should I go with a carbon fiber plate shoe or not yet?

  2. Very informative video… I'm from South Africa and not one of these shoes cost less the R2000 South African rands which is quite a bit of money here. Are there any other shoes you can recommend that's cost less but are good for the road

  3. As a flat feet runner, I first found comfort in Brooks Adrenaline. Then I tried adidas, nike, and skechers before settling with NB FuelCell lineup (I have the Rebel v3, SC Elite v3, RC Elite v2, and SC Trainer v1). I’ve just tried 1080v13 over the last month, and I’m loving it. Brooks and NB FTW!

  4. I want to start running again but find my knees hurt (old injuries from sprinting and hurdles) after using the treadmill or running on the road. Also my feet get so hot which then makes me just feel heavy and lethargic. Any advice on what to look for in trainers?

  5. Love how tip #1 is buy affordable and then the suggestions are all top of the line shoes. Unless you meant affordable in the sense that they're not super trainers that cost €250+, there is no way most of these shoes for €160+ are particularly affordable

  6. Not runner but starting to walk 10k steps a day. I bought running shoes from Nike and my knees and heel hurts so bad even after 1 month walking. Any suggestions? I know this a dumb questions but is it ok to use running shoes for walking 10k steps a day or there’s specific shoes for walking?

  7. I'm 1.75m and 78kg I run in slanded sidewalk, my knee starting to hurt, probably because the low quality shoe's I have what's the best shoes for me? Is hooka good option? Wich model of hooka good for flat surface ?

  8. Can I run with Common Projects and skinny pants? I have a style to keep, I cannot be seen in public with any of these horrible shoes. I cannot wear sport clothes either as I am no longer 13 years old. Thanks
