Much like my Himiway . Yes they are heavy and take some getting used to especially when cornering and pedaling as the engine kicks in. I bought two bike locks one cable type , and one for the chain so it would take a lot of effort to steal. The carrier I bought has a alum ramp for loading and unloading , so no lifting required. Enjoy , makes travelling on 2 wheels so much more fun.
