A last minute preview of the Flamme Rouge Racing FRR World Tour Series, whilst I keen my coach happy by doing a zone 1 recovery spin!!

So I’m about to take on the toughest tour series on Zwift – 9 days of racing over 11 days – 3 individual times trials and 6 points races.

The most realistic way to experience a multi day stage race from the pain cave!!
