What a waste of our funds
So are the Christmas markets not going to be on there if they've filled it with that? 😮😮
So they chopped down lovely trees which would of helped stopped any flooding as the tress would of had the water,bet they're replacing with shrubs and grasses that look dead. All that time they've been there, and that's all have to show at end of it😮 ridiculous .
