I’ve always had a fixie and wanted to get a proper road bike. I’m deciding between the Cannondale Six Carbon and the CAADX. I’m in SoCal and plan to use it for road cycling and some gravel riding through the mountains. They are about to same price and both have 105 components.
Based on some initial research, I’m leaning towards the Six Carbon given that hills seem to be more low effort compared to the CAADX. Any other considerations? Which one would you pick?
