I posted yesterday about a cheap fixer upper Panasonic but decided to pass on it and go for something more turn-key and it's between these two.

I think either frame size would be fine for me–i'm 6'2 with a short torso. my previous bike was 58cm and worked totally fine with some room to bump up in size a bit.
Not sure what I'm looking at in terms of components and quality–what do you guys think about these in terms of price, quality & condition? These are NYC market prices i’m sure, but I'd probably try to negotiate down a bit. I'd like to stay sub $300. I bought my last bike from the same guy as the Panasonic and he was willing to negotiate.
