CODE C11.1 "In the interests to arrest(s.24) suspect must NOT be interviewed
except at police station , or "authorised"" place of detention @3:11 (authorised by Superintendent )

but the state of mind (shock) of the arrestee at this stage to sign statement @3:56 is a NO,NO, @3:11
If CPS know of this after the "caution" @1:07 or even NO "caution" code C10.1 (no privileges ) but code C10.3 has been used /
IF CPS know of this at arrestee dwelling 💥 , then the rights of arrestee 🤐 is in jeopardy

PC is contradicting his own statement @3:11 (not at her dwelling) to then sign statement at her dwelling @3:57 🤷‍♂🤷‍♂
