Bought a used dropper- SPG Tellis. Whenever I tighten the seat post clamp to even 4nm something binds and the cable stays “pulled” once I press the lever. The lever snaps closed as soon as I loosen the post clamp.
It happens no matter how high the post is pulled out of the seat tube.

Gotta be the clamp binding something internally. But at 4nm?
