Never understood why that bike was spec’d the way it was. When they came into the shop I thought it was a missed opportunity because the doctors and lawyers with jam bands who bought them would easily have bought full XT or even made in USA spec’d bikes just to say they had one.

Big fan of the Dead since I was a kid. This is a cool piece but people are crazy. I got a ’94 Hoo Koo E Koo for $34.99 at a thrift store. I ride it 3x a week at least. I can just put some stickers on it lol. State has a pretty cool GD Klunker you can find for a lot cheaper.

Is the weird rust color supposed to mimic the grain pattern on a guitar or is it reference I don’t get? Cause it looks like they stored it in a box of rain tihihi.
