First disc road build. 6.9kg w/just pedals & computer mount, God knows how heavy actually road worthy. Ultegra hydro mechanical, Quarq PM crank, GoZone 45×30 carbon spoke wheels, Tavelo 380×130 integrated bar. “Holds speed” and “rides supple” though the rear end can be a little mushy/bouncy at times.
