Cowboy Butter Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
12 ounces salted butter
1/2 lemon, juice
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1 tablespoon chives, minced
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Instructions:
1. In a saucepan on low heat, add butter, lemon juice, garlic, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, paprika, and cayenne, and whisk until it forms a sauce (do not let it break).
2. Turn off the heat and add parsley, chives, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well incorporated.
Note: If the sauce breaks, place in the refrigerator to cool. It will thicken and turn back into a sauce.

  1. I've had some high-end steak sauces and I would say the best one is the hyvee brand hickory house steak sauce is amazing kinda like heinze 57 but darker and better

  2. Why are people saying mean comments to this video,, it doesn’t matter if he blew the kitchen up or not, what matters is that he is showing a tutorial how to make the sauce and he is trying to make his audiences happy and you guys just need to appreciate his talent

  3. I just love the flavor of beef. Salt & pepper only, for me. Its like a religious experience. Put a slice of beef in my mouth and just let it sit there for a moment while the fats carry the juices around and only when that initial hit starts to fade do I start chewing to eek out the remaining flavor. I swear, its like crack for me. 🎆🎇

  4. I wouldn’t eat this considering you ruined it with an insane amount of chili powder. It’s like every cooking YouTuber insists on everything being spicy.

  5. Why ruin a fine steak with all that mess? Salt pepper is all you need. Sauces condiments gravies and butters is terrible and noob. If your goal is to be a torta a la gordita, go ahead man
