What I don’t like about taxes most is we have to work more if we want to have extra money for stuff we need or extra money for stuff we want well if I hop on my e-bike and start a food delivery route and that’s just gonna make me more money that will put me in a higher tax bracket where at the end of the year when I do my taxes I’m gonna see a smaller tax return. Me and my wife together make under $100,000 which honestly the rules should be changed for that and I don’t know why they have it. We’re looking at getting $1100 back after our child tax credit if we didn’t have a child tax credit we would owe about $800

Here in NZ a pint cost around 10 dollars at most places . At the super market you can buy a 6 pack of beer for around 11 dollars . Hence why I never go to bars anymore .

Anyone with the skills or means to leave is doing so, the rest are left to work and work for fuck all only to have the government snatch the crust right out of your hand and pass it to someone who hates you.
The government here obviously hates the idea of the English as a people and seeks to punish them at every turn.

Reality.England has always been a dump for us working serfs because the feudal system never went away,it just rebranded.Way to survive is sort out your needs from your wants,learn to cook balanced meals,wear practical outdoor clothing,laugh and surround yourself by like minded friends.Keep off of the drugs and try to keep fit.Plenty of riverbanks to walk or run along.Currently,my town is a bit like Blade Runner/Soylent Green for living room but it aint gone Mad Max…….yet😂

Don't leave the west before you learned to succeed at home. It is not easier abroad, it is harder, because you do not have the tools to succeed in that society. First build skills that earn you a keep at home, mature your skills, then you have a foundation which you can to move abroad. I have seen so many young men going to south east asia thinking life will be easy and then just crash. Then they go home and complain.
SE Asia is only easy play if you already have your shit together. In SE Asia you have to be a MAN, not a boy in a mans body. Most thai women for example will not view you as a real man until you reach 30 and have a stable income that can provide for a family.
In the US all interest earned from a savings account is taxed as regular income so the fact that the UK does not tax savings interest until the interest earned exceeds $10K is actually better than it is in the US.

Humans suck. Maybe Britain should have stayed home instead of looting and killing around the world.
They tax you in your savings over a certain amount of interest. First 1000 is tax free for basic rate tax payers so you’ll be paying 20% tax on it, after that it’s 500 is tax free and anything above that you’ll be paying tax at 40% and when you are an additional rate tax payer you’ll be paying tax on all of your savings interest at 45%.

I disagree. The government should NOT be taking care of the poor, THAT is one of the reasons taxes are so high, BECAUSE government is so inefficient at doing anything, and thus by using the EXCUSE that they are helping the needy, they justify the taxes that are not only used very inefficiency to semi help the poor, but also for a bunch of wars in foreign lands we don't care about, and to pay for an army of bureaucrats to determine even who needs those benefits. Give us all our tax money back, and it will be much easier to take care of the poor, when we have all the money we should have.
