Join me on a thrilling cycling journey around the stunning island of Gozo! 🚴♂️ In this video, we begin by cycling past the historic Church of St. Margaret in Sannat, before heading to the breath-taking Ta’ Seguna and Ta’ Sanap Cliffs. The views from 150 meters above sea level are simply unbeatable, with the sparkling Mediterranean stretching out under the clear blue sky.
For those new to off-road cycling, the flat trails around the cliffs offer the perfect introduction to more adventurous routes. But the real challenge comes when we take on a downhill trail towards Xlendi Bay, featuring some thrilling drops. After a quick stop at the picturesque bay to admire the stunning rock formations, we continue our ride, passing through the charming village of Santa Lucija and onward to San Lawrenz.
One of the highlights of this journey is the tiny but legendary Chapel of San Dimitri, nestled in the countryside. Full of myth and history, this 18th-century chapel is said to be the site where St. Demetrius worked a miracle to bring a woman’s son back from slavery. After soaking in the chapel’s rich history, we make our way to the famous Shrine of Ta’ Pinu, before heading back home to Xaghra after an epic 3-hour ride under the winter sun.
If you love exploring hidden gems on two wheels and want to experience Gozo like never before, this is the video for you! 🌟

Wow Charlie!..back to some of the tougher trails I see in the beginning like near 2 min to 3 min mark….then out past a rubble wall I remember from our ride at 317….and then some familiar squares….beautiful cliffs….
