Silk dresses folded over on themselves and loops attached to fine fishing string. You can see one of the strings on the plastic bag when she makes the dress "disappear". That's how it's done folks.

If you ever watched the original pilot, you would notice when Diana Prince turned into Wonder Woman, her cloths would fly off in a pile on the floor, but a few episodes after was changed into the iconic explosion we all saw for several seasons. This was because of many fathers calling in regarding their daughters copying her, complaining of their own children spinning and throwing their cloths off as well. So two episodes in, the explosion was added 😂
