  1. Неправда, как тренер по плаванию говорю. У мужика есть грубая ошибка, когда он делает вдох- уводит руку под себя и опускает ее локтем вниз. А в целом неплохо плывёт

  2. BULLSHIT! There's NO PERFECT FREESTYLE, but it's about a style of freestyle (front crawl) FOR .. each type of competition.
In thriatlon, 10k or almost ANY openwaters swim you MUST to look forward even between those 4strokes head lift to see, because that way you will be aware of position/feets of swimmer in front of you in your pack.
Swimming is like that: Real man's are frozen openwaters champions, next ones are straits speed record swimmers, then 10k openwaters champions. It follows ironman, triathletes, and after them are the POOL CHAMPIONS. Out of charts are "PERFECT STYLE SWIMMERS" 😂
Of course over all are those SUPERHUMANS (man's and womans) which are record holders for ULTRALONG distances in openwaters as those able to swim continously in openwaters 60-160km… which are kind of HEROES of human race from swimming perspective 🙂
