In today’s episode I finally get out on my first training session, just taking it easy testing my knees and the bike to see how they both fair after a few miles.
Little bit of a sight seeing tour also as I head out around the cycle path system of Milton Keynes.

Nice ride man, place looks cozy! And I would tell you that you have to wear a helmet, but I'm the same way! I very rarely wear a helmet and thank God I haven't had a single serious accident so far.
Never mind the helmet – it's the poor GoPro I worry about! Hey FBB! Gosh – I remember the days of cycling – mind you that was, for me, 22 years ago. I can see you really, really enjoyed that ride. Well now – it's the first day of Spring – Imbolc. I like the idea of Spring starting about now – the daylight hours are longer – that affects our mood probably – what do I know? And getting up close and personal with our English past – sometimes its just too emotionally gut-wrenching to comprehend. Look after those knees! Take Care M.
Good morning mate, your part of the world , your country has so so much history, bloody and in general with the Roman's and everything else it's such rich history I love it, so thanks for the cool back story about this new town origins,
The old windmill looked so epic tragic story of love and death and inccasiration,
Love the old architecture of the church etc to.
And so happy you can do something you really really love,
Stay blessed
Hey FBB – so great to see you out on the bike, it is so obvious that this is a passion rediscovered now and making you smile; remembering past adventures being a competitive mountain biker. A new challenge ahead for you 👏👏 I did the Jogle a few years ago on a bike (motorbike) 🏍️🏍️ not quite the same 🤪😜
Enjoyed the glugging sounds drinking your water made me laugh. Have a great week 👍🥾⛺️🚴♂️🚴♂️
