don't pay it is the advice to this lady. they will send you letters and say they may do this and that. But as long as u ignore these and if they ever knock at the door you just say NO THANK YOU AND CLOSE THE DOOR they will not do nothing. One because the courts would be so full of people or do not pay anyway and they know it would be a waste of time. I have not paid in over 20 years and never will . Let’s not forget, the yearly state pension has actually increased. The winter fuel allowance isn’t much at all, so a big fuss about nothing.
