Nordsee has better rolls than in the US canteens by far (real bread rolls) yes the Sandwiches are supposed (!)to be cold but for the Backfisch you can also order it with warm fishfillet, maybe the time you went there at that location was the wrong one, fries are mediocre. No worries they only use good quality fish at Nordsee (it tastes fishy, come on?), no preserved bread. Do not really secound your comments (btw the Bremer has a fish cake as patty no fillet, but with no fillers). 🍀
