One week in and Panama hasnt given me a single easy day so far. Wether it's shit roads, shit traffic or shit climbs, it's been one brutal challenge after another. Today was beautiful though aside from the insanely steep mountains here. Fingers crossed Costa Rica is nicer to me 🤞🏼
