So much help full vedio ❤
I have drop foot because I have M.S
Thanks I'll try incorporating it during my walk. ( hope to remember)❤
I love how specific you are!
Thanksssssssss❤
Greetings. Hope you are well. Been watching your channel with great interest on the excercises for Arthritis. Am from Zambia, have Osteoporosis on my knees. Am preforming light body excercises, especially below the wait and for the legs. Your video clips are equally very helpful. Thank you
Not to shuffle is why I do so much exercise! It looks so vulnerable!
Glad you said that one leg copies the other. I tend to drag my feet so thanks for this one Will. 😊
I'm so grateful for you.
Received the book from amazon
I watch all will's videos and all are so clearly described and easy to follow also just purchased thriving beyond fifty (although i dont read books) it is quite a thick book so difficult to turn pages and would of preferered a hard back
Keep up the good work as im sure you have helped lots of people myself osteoarthritus in both feet and recently sufferibg lots of pain in knee
I have walked 🚶♀️ like this all my life…i am of afro caribbean origin its called the boss walk 🚶♂️ 😂
Really good. Well explained specific exercises
This is good info. I don't shuffle but every now and then I will drag my right foot
I appreciate these videos Will❤
very useful and clear said, thx
I love your videos. You said to go below to get a free guide for seniors. I can’t seem to go below.
I appreciate your videos more than you know!
Every day I'm shuffling…
Hi Will. Love all your videos. Is it possible to create a video on how to strengthen the wrist and grip? Thank you..
I’ve been watching your videos. Yesterday I bought your book and started reading it right away. I deal with a lot of pain due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I know moving and exercising is important, but pain makes it hard to convince myself to get up and move. I’m hoping your book will help encourage me.
I like these videos repeating exercises you might have brought up before. Older brains need more reminding. And whenever I see your videos I get up and do a set so that I'll eventually remember each exercise. Cheers.
This video should be shown in schools. I see lots of 13-16yr olds who shuffle, they are humpbacked and overweight.
Excellent tips
Thank you for this info. I’m 75 and realized that snuffle. I often catch my toe on curbs.
I practice this move every day and I just say lift rather than bend.
Thanks!

I would like to download HT’s Complete Guide to Building Muscle & Strength Over the Age of 50. I did not find the link below to download it. Please share
I am 68 year old man and shuffle gait is a challenge with having right knee replaced 3 times in 24 years and right atthliees tendon failed graft after total rupture of the tendon. I walk between 4-5 miles a day. My left shoe wears out on the heal from the shuffle. In the house walking without shoes I seem to always have my second toenail blue in color from hitting that toe. hearing you say to concentrate on you foot movements does really help. As you say it does become more natural even with the defects. seeing you as a young man it looks so simple to those movements. This helps use older damaged people to see what the correct movements look like again. Even with a shuffle that we have to concentrate on avoiding, we have to keep moving period.😮
I've been loving your exercises and finding them very useful One problem with this one is that my toes won't slide without socks on. I can same one with the pelvic tilt that you demonstrated somewhere else, though. Does it do the same thing?
that was very helpful! i have found myself shuffling & bending to the front, which makes me feel very old and frail looking. I will be trying these stretches to help. thank you
Thank you so w. Very hard to do 😊
Everyday I'm shuffling
