  1. Greetings. Hope you are well. Been watching your channel with great interest on the excercises for Arthritis. Am from Zambia, have Osteoporosis on my knees. Am preforming light body excercises, especially below the wait and for the legs. Your video clips are equally very helpful. Thank you

  2. I watch all will's videos and all are so clearly described and easy to follow also just purchased thriving beyond fifty (although i dont read books) it is quite a thick book so difficult to turn pages and would of preferered a hard back

Keep up the good work as im sure you have helped lots of people myself osteoarthritus in both feet and recently sufferibg lots of pain in knee

  3. I’ve been watching your videos. Yesterday I bought your book and started reading it right away. I deal with a lot of pain due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. I know moving and exercising is important, but pain makes it hard to convince myself to get up and move. I’m hoping your book will help encourage me.

  4. I like these videos repeating exercises you might have brought up before. Older brains need more reminding. And whenever I see your videos I get up and do a set so that I'll eventually remember each exercise. Cheers.

  5. I am 68 year old man and shuffle gait is a challenge with having right knee replaced 3 times in 24 years and right atthliees tendon failed graft after total rupture of the tendon. I walk between 4-5 miles a day. My left shoe wears out on the heal from the shuffle. In the house walking without shoes I seem to always have my second toenail blue in color from hitting that toe. hearing you say to concentrate on you foot movements does really help. As you say it does become more natural even with the defects. seeing you as a young man it looks so simple to those movements. This helps use older damaged people to see what the correct movements look like again. Even with a shuffle that we have to concentrate on avoiding, we have to keep moving period.😮

  6. I've been loving your exercises and finding them very useful One problem with this one is that my toes won't slide without socks on. I can same one with the pelvic tilt that you demonstrated somewhere else, though. Does it do the same thing?

  7. that was very helpful! i have found myself shuffling & bending to the front, which makes me feel very old and frail looking. I will be trying these stretches to help. thank you
