Hi. You mention the concentric BB – are you using hub gears? Have you given a tour of the bike and your gear? You have so many videos and I havent found one..I have 10×3 derailleurs on my Genesis tourer but love the convenience of the nexus hub on my cheapo E bike.
Also saw you having a bit if difficulty getting on the bike – I have the same after two knee replacements – a simple dropper seatpin really helps.
