Who do you think will win next week's cyclocross race? 👀 Also – are you excited that the road racing season is taking off? 🎉
You have my bike frame hanging on the wall behind you. Can you please reach out for address to send it to.
Taking Yellow Cards from Soccer! Well, the flops will be a bit more painful….
Great for the championship. I wish Thybo Nyc would be fit. The women's look like a Lucinda rainbow, but Blanka looks dangerous as FVE doesn't look on top form
Audio has gotten much better in the new studio!
With no disrespect to the riders who raced this year’s Tour Down Under but I remember when that race drew big names like Greipel, Kittel, Porte and others.
I guess the news about Subscriptions came in after you recorded the show. £6.99 to £30.99 to watch cycling if you live in the UK. I think there will be a drastic decline in people watching cycling in the UK. Another nail in the coffin. I wouldn't mind if I knew that some of this money was getting put back into cycling but I doubt it it is.
1. MVDP 2.WVA 3.Nijs
You need to stop promoting discovery+, unless you make it clear, Eurosport cycling coverage is no longer included in the basic package as of 28th February
MvdP collects the rainbow stripes even with a fractured rip. The only one, who can stop MvdP is MvdP.
Who in the UK is going to be able to watch bike racing in future ? Following on from ITV ending coverage of the Tour from 2026 the latest news is that Eurosport is going and the Discovery + cycling coverage will now only be accessible if you pay £31 for a TNT subscription . I love watching bike racing but £31 a month is too much for me and I am sure many others will feel the same. Rob, Adam, Orla, Robbie and the rest of you , it has been nice knowing you.
Might need to update next week, with the news of cycling moving to TNT sports now…
Just seen the Cycling News article that cycling coverage on Discovery+ is to stop and the only way to watch in the UK would be to have TNT at £30/month vs £6.99. I'm not paying that for a channel that thinks wrestling and UFC are sports. If like me you are disgusted that a huge American corporation can dictate how we can watch a fundamentally European Sport then can I suggest that we all cancel our Discovery+ subscriptions immediately. Only hitting them in the pocket will ever influence these predators.
Only a mechanical can stop MVDP.
Disgusting what Discovery are doing. Expecting people to pay £30.99 a month. It’s just Greed, and a complete ripoff. The majority of people can not afford to pay that to watch they sport the love. Unfortunately it’ll price out people and stop younger people getting in to the sport. My 6 year old loves to watch the bikes racing but I cannot justify the cost.
How are younger people supposed to be inspired to get in to sport if the powers that be keeping hiking the price up more and more.
It’s disgusting!!
sorry its NOT happening. WVA is severely out of shape. van is ripping him to pieces in every race.
WVA is terrific, but not close to MVDP – currently, in CX. WVA needs extenuating circumstances (crashes, mechanical, flats) to slow/eliminate MVDP – like the 6(?) flats in BIELES, LUXEMBOURG. THIS course is a good venue for WVA power, not very technical, and mud may help him she'd the rest, but not MVDP.
Crikey that Cofidis kit is absolutely minging.
As a follow up to my comment about Subscription fees. At the moment Virgin Media customers can pick up TNT sports for £10! So basically it'll only be an extra £3.01p a month if you cancel Discovery+ (like me😊)
was he not also abandoned by his dad?
Have you seen how much discovery+ subscription is going up to as of next month…..£30.99 month if you want to watch cycling £371.88 per year up from £95 .88 WTF😮😮😮
