Dont worry about your level or skill, I have the settings so as long as you keep turning the pedals, we all stay together. All you need is your bike & Zwift setup, then join my Zwift Group: https://www.zwift.com/events/view/4784677
The ride pace will be between 1.5-2 W/KG – but as the rubber-band effect will be activated, you will remain with the group whether you pedal slow or hard. This should take between 45-60 minutes, so ride at your own pace, stop if you need to and remember to bring a towel, a fan and some water.
