Why wouldn’t you change the Highway Code to include a simple technique that could stop hundreds of cyclists getting knocked off their bikes every year?
Jeff’s son Sam Boulton died after he was knocked off his bike by a taxi door opening, it was his 26th birthday and had got engaged the previous week.
By introducing the Dutch Reach to the Highway Code drivers would always learn to check when opening the car door. We are asking you to TAKE ACTION and support our recommendations for making the roads a safer place for cyclists.
Here is how you can support: https://action.cyclinguk.org/page/23078/action/1?ea.tracking.id=YT

In Sam's case the Dutch Reach would be incredibly difficult to implement as it was a rear sit passenger who had opened the door. The simple product like the Safety Awareness Mirror (SAM) from http://www.anti-dooring.com could have prevented the accident.
Jeff boulton is rubbish. His actions will disturb trafficking and kill innocent people. Jail him!
