North Nibley Off Piste MTB with Church of Dirt

Please join me as I ride MTB Off-Piste in North Nibley with Church of Dirt for the first time, where I explore new trails and progress as an MTB rider.

What an amazing 🤩 group of people who made me feel so welcome, with a mixture of men and women, people with different MTB skills and bikes ranging from normal bikes to EMTBs; it was such an exciting day exploring the North Nibley MTB Trails with Church of Dirt as I feel I progressed as a rider on and off the bike with confidence and competence. 🌳

I have always said that “Group Rides = Fun” and that “Group Rides = Progressions”, which gives me confidence and competence. What I am also learning is that I am gaining confidence off the bike as a person…WOW. 🤩

After my recent and brilliant 1:1 coaching lesson, sessioning, and joining group rides with other MTB riders, I am still learning how to ride and practising the basics. I cannot tell you how much of a difference this has made in my confidence and competence on the bike. 🤩

Along with learning the basics of MTB, I am learning how to edit and create videos for anyone who has a similar interest in this wonderful and uplifting hobby that helps me clear my mind and recharge my soul. 🤍

If you are like me and you are new to MTB, I cannot recommend enough learning from coaching, group rides, and sessioning, AKA practising. This is especially true if you start a little later in life, as we don’t bounce anymore; we tend to snap, crackle, and pop. 😉 Also, if you have ever experienced a crash ❤️‍🩹 and were a little nervous about getting back on the bike, please let me know your experience in the comments, and I would love to respond.
