I’ve used heat training to improve my performance in road cycling for the past years. I’m sure that is one of the reasons why I’m surpassing some of my all time high records at 35 years old (and AFTER glandular fever and post viral fatigue).

I’m mentioning 2 brands in the video.

Umara
Umara is a sports energy company and I haven’t paid for the products myself. My friend Simon owns it and has developed all the products. They send me stuff but I’m not paid to say anything or asked to make a video.

Core sensors
My coaching business Lindén Coaching has a deal where we (my clients) get a small discount. I’ve used this discount to buy a sensor myself. They are not paying me to make videos. I was planning to do a video and reached out to try to get a discount for my clients. While doing so I had a good meeting with someone from the Core-team and I learnt even more about heat training from this meeting.

Blood tests
I’m not mentioning it in the video but I’m using Werlabs for my blood tests whenever I go to Sweden. So I’m not using the public health system, I pay for the tests myself.

Other equipment
The indoor bike I use in the video is an old Monark. It’s very old and I need a new one…
