I ordered a SP0078 seatpost directly on Canyon website. I got the correct seatpost with the wrong washer and manual.
How does this even happen? I contacted them, they told me they will get back to me but still no answer.
I lost a day because the bike fitter couldn't get the saddle correctly without the washer.
